📋 Description

• Security Operations & Vulnerability Management (Primary Focus) • Lead vulnerability management efforts across infrastructure and endpoint environments, including identification, prioritization, and remediation • Analyze vulnerability scan results and provide actionable remediation guidance aligned to real-world risk • Partner with infrastructure and application teams to drive timely remediation of security findings • Perform system hardening and enforce security baselines across Windows, Linux, and endpoint platforms • Support security incident response, investigation, and root-cause analysis • Leverage SIEM and monitoring tools to assess security posture and identify threats • Utilize asset visibility and monitoring platforms to improve device tracking and risk awareness • Infrastructure Engineering • Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS) • Administer core services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity/access management • Manage virtualization platforms with emphasis on security, segmentation, and resiliency • Ensure performance, availability, and security of Epic and other healthcare applications • Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience (relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate) • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related roles • Strong hands-on experience with vulnerability management, remediation, and system hardening • Experience with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and asset visibility platforms • Expertise with enterprise virtualization, Windows/Linux servers, and Active Directory • Strong experience with enterprise storage, networking, and backup/disaster recovery solutions • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and lead root cause analysis • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Salary based on experience. $130,000 - $148,000+
