📋 Description
• Own the entire employee lifecycle • Ensure 100% compliance with local Labor Laws • Actively manage the talent pipeline • Oversee the monthly processing of local payroll • Drive local engagement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience • 2–3 years in a standalone or senior generalist/managerial role • Deep, practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law • Strong proficiency with modern HRIS platforms • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset
