📋 Description

• Manage and optimize daily paid media budgets and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets • Lead expansion into new ad channels (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and test new strategies (video ads, influencer and affiliate marketing) to diversify our acquisition mix • Develop AI-powered creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and copywriters to continuously improve ad performance • Build and refine audience segments, bidding strategies, and attribution models to improve efficiency across the funnel • Own the performance marketing budget, allocating resources across channels based on incrementality and strategic priorities • Run in-depth analyses on website/app engagement, conversion funnel performance, and A/B test performance for paid ads traffic to better understand opportunities for improvement • Report on performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations for optimization • Stay current on platform updates , industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of performance marketing/paid media experience at high-growth companies with particular expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads • Proven track record of scaling high-volume paid channels (via both web and mobile app-based products) while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics • Strong design and copywriting sense and ability to develop effective creative strategies alongside Content and Product team members • In-depth analytical skills with experience using top analytics and A/B testing platforms (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) • Prior experience using AI for creative experimentation, campaign analysis, and marketing automation • Experience with creator/influencer-driven marketing strategies on channels like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fully remote, highly collaborative team. B2C, SaaS/subscription, EdTech, or related experience is highly preferred.
