From enabling companies to flourish, to helping careers bloom. • SupportNinja was founded in 2015 to help companies solve for scale and connect them with a wider world of talent. • Our vision is to show the world a better way to outsource by developing the best people, implementing cutting-edge technology, and challenging the status quo. • We change the game by prioritizing fun in our workplace. • By joining our team, you’ll have the opportunity to provide world-class service to our customers through various channels while also working in our fun-forward culture. • The Data Analyst will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and validating customer data as well as building and refining facility locations in the system. • This role involves detailed documentation to ensure data accuracy and system location setup while collaborating with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and configure system locations based on customer requirements. • What does a day in the life of a Data Analyst look like? • Collect, clean and interpret datasets. • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders. • Maintains data integrity and security. • Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings. • Assist in developing and optimizing data collection and analysis procedures. • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules. • Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues. • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times. • Adhere to company policies and procedures. • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Previous experience in a data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center environment • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, SQL, etc.
