📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive floorplan layouts for various hospitality, industrial, and commercial spaces • Ensure that floorplans adhere to design standards and client requirements • Utilize design software to create accurate and visually appealing floorplans • Create high-quality renderings of floorplans to visualize design concepts and communicate effectively with clients • Employ industry-standard rendering techniques and software to produce realistic and immersive visualizations • Demonstrate a keen understanding of spatial relationships and how to optimize the use of available space • Consider factors such as accessibility and functionality when designing floorplans • Ability to work with technical drawings and specifications • Analyze client needs and preferences to develop tailored design solutions • Identify potential design challenges and propose effective solutions • Collaborate with team members to address design issues and find creative solutions • Adapt to changing requirements and project timelines • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines • Work efficiently to deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes • Clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders • Actively listen to feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or a related field with an updated portfolio • 0-2 years of experience in industrial design or a relevant field (or strong internship experience) • Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies • Proficiency in 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) and basic knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality products • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Capacity to consistently adapt to continuous process improvements • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Familiarity with both Apple and Windows operating systems.
