📋 Description

• Develop features and implement bug fixes across modern .NET technologies and applications • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to software developers, software engineers, and interns • Design and create next-generation telecommunications application software • Participate in ongoing software sustainment • Engage project managers, software architects, and software engineers to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery • Participate in all phases of the software development process • Work as part of a distributed international team on global support and implementation activities • Participate with Product Management in training, product briefs, and deployment of new installations internally and externally • Lead by example in AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot • Coach and pair with teammates to accelerate AI-augmented development adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience with .NET development focused on web technologies • Strong background in .NET Core 6.0/7.0/8.0, ASP.NET MVC, Blazor, C#, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript • Experience with Blazor Server or WebAssembly for interactive web UIs, including component model, data binding, and .NET backend integration • Understanding of design patterns • Proficiency with SQL Server development, including tables/schema definition, views, stored procedures, functions, and Transact-SQL optimization • Five or more years engineering or architecting software solutions • Fundamentals of software engineering and application lifecycle management • Object-oriented programming experience in C# or other .NET languages • Understanding of source code control, build, and deployment disciplines • Proficiency with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for work item tracking, source control, and CI/CD pipeline management • Active daily use of AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot in core development workflows • Experience with WCF, REST, or SOAP-based services and SOA • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must be open to a shifting schedule, especially night shift • Must bring own device • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred; master’s degree preferred • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered • Knowledge of BSS/OSS systems and telecommunications plant and facilities management beneficial • Familiarity with DevExpress Controls • Experience or understanding of Test Driven Development • Object-relational mapping experience with NHibernate or Entity Framework • Unit testing framework experience with MBUnit, NUnit, or xUnit • Knowledge of service bus and messaging concepts, including NServiceBus, MSMQ, or RabbitMQ • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean development practices • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint planning, work item management, and pipeline configuration • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
