📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to job offer • Monitor automated hiring flows and step in where a personalized approach is needed • Conduct interviews for roles that follow the standard hiring process • Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role • Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience • Act as an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote the company’s brand and values

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+) • Experience with Workable ATS is a must • At least 1−2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience • Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions • Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites • Sourcing skills • Open, easy-going personality • Knowledge of AI recruiting tools (a plus) • Any other foreign language knowledge (a plus)
