📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through Go-Live, serving as the primary client contact • Conduct discovery sessions and translate procurement and financial requirements into optimized product workflows • Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, technical alignment, and project dependencies • Guide clients through data mapping, validation, and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other business data • Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for client stakeholders • Create deployment playbooks, configuration guides, and short video workflows • Partner with Sales, Product, and QA to escalate technical blockers and convert client feedback into product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing role • Experience managing multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously while controlling deadlines, stakeholders, and scope • Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken, including confidence leading business meetings and negotiations • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency • Experience understanding and configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems • Change management capability, including handling user resistance and guiding corporate clients through process transformations • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Problem-solving ability and experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical issues involving APIs and integrations • Ability to guide clients through organizational and process change and act as a trusted implementation advisor • Experience in US, UK, or European B2B SaaS markets, finance/accounting/procurement knowledge, ERP/CRM experience, and relevant academic background are listed as pluses, not requirements
