📋 Description

• Manage and scale a high-value portfolio of top Nordic financial institutions • Cross-sell and up-sell Account Name Verification (AVS) and Fraud & Risk Indicators (FRI) modules into existing accounts • Expand clients’ domestic and international footprints • Map complex enterprise bank hierarchies • Build relationships across C-level, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Innovation departments • Translate regulatory, fraud prevention, and payment infrastructure challenges into measurable business value • Collaborate with New Business Development on post-sale transitions, adoption, and long-term retention • Serve as the face of SurePay in the Nordic market and advise clients on the evolving fraud landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing C-level relationships with large banks or financial institutions • Experience selling SaaS/fintech solutions preferred • Experience navigating long, matrixed enterprise buying cycles within Tier-1 banks • Solid understanding of payment infrastructure, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the risk landscape within the Nordic banking sector • Ability to build ROI-driven business cases and conduct value-based selling • Practical execution using structured sales frameworks; MEDDPICC mindset required • Skilled at opening doors at multiple levels within complex financial organizations • Ability to understand complex banking frameworks and position SaaS solutions for strict technical and regulatory needs • Strong collaboration with Business Development, Customer Success, and Product teams • Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment • Willingness to work remotely while collaborating with the business development team in Utrecht, Netherlands
