📋 Description

• Apply critical thinking to a wide range of strategic and programmatic projects in global public health • Use cutting edge LLMs and data analytics to solve complex problems and translate findings into actionable insights • Develop compelling communications materials and data visualizations for diverse audiences (pitch decks, concept notes, findings summaries) • Support project execution including coordination across cross-functional teams, leading survey development, overseeing data collection, and project management • Analyze scientific literature and the healthcare landscape to develop proposals and inform recommendations that support client goals and health equity • Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, and developing materials showcasing Surgo Health’s value • Coordinate with and manage partners, including local implementation and data collection partners, to ensure high-quality project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience within healthcare, consulting, or innovative data-focused public health • Previous work using data to understand key challenges and develop solutions • Strong project management skills; sense of ownership over project completion and a bias towards action • Detail oriented and able to work across cross-functional teams • Strong critical and strategic thinker with deep intellectual curiosity • Resilient and outcome-focused in managing complex client needs • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to create compelling PPT presentations • Location: India-based, ideally in Delhi NCR but could be flexible • Travel: Up to ~10% travel expected, primarily within India and Sub-Saharan Africa and also to the US
