📋 Description

• Architect and lead Azure-based Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning solutions • Design and maintain Azure DR architectures using Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, and multi-region strategies • Define RTO/RPO targets, recovery strategies, and application dependency mapping for Azure workloads • Develop and govern Azure DR/BCP policies, standards, and recovery plans • Conduct risk assessments and Business Impact Analysis for Azure and hybrid environments • Plan, execute, and oversee Azure DR drills, failover/failback tests, and BCP exercises • Ensure compliance and audit readiness aligned with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements • Identify resiliency gaps and drive continuous improvement in Azure recovery capabilities • Collaborate with cloud, application, security, and leadership teams for DR/BCP readiness • Own governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication as Azure DR/BCP Architect and Lead • Lead DR tabletop exercises through scripted failure scenarios • Conduct full-scale DR drills and oversee failover to secondary sites or cloud, including monitoring restore times, data integrity, and failback processes • Perform hands-on testing of critical Oracle EBS modules, databases, and cloud workloads to ensure recovery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DR, BCP, or IT Resiliency architecture • Strong knowledge of DR strategies, recovery planning, and risk management • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and application recovery models • Hands-on experience planning and executing DR and BCP tests • Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and governance frameworks • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ability to work with cross-functional and senior leadership teams • Preferred: Experience with Azure cloud DR • Preferred: Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-400, AZ-104)
