📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Finance solution design, configuration, and deployment in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud • Configure SAP FI and CO modules and Finance processes aligned with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles • Implement SAP Best Practice business content using a fit-to-standard approach • Work with CBC for scoping and initial setup • Drive configuration through SSCUI • Manage Starter, Development, Test, and Production landscapes • Collaborate with MM, SD, and PS/Professional Services teams on cross-functional integration • Ensure integration with SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP SuccessFactors • Support APIs, IDocs, and event-based integrations • Lead data migration using Migration Cockpit • Define and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and translate business requirements into SAP-compliant solutions • Drive adoption of standard processes over customization • Plan and execute cutover activities • Support go-live and hypercare • Ensure financial data reconciliation and validation • Engage with Finance leadership and provide solution walkthroughs and demonstrations • Coordinate with System Integrators and SAP • Identify automation opportunities such as bank reconciliation and allocations • Leverage Multi-Bank Connectivity, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience stated for the role • 8–12+ years in SAP FICO • At least 2–3 S/4HANA implementations • Minimum 1–2 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud projects • Experience with Central Business Configuration (CBC), SSCUI, and Fiori Apps • Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) • Strong knowledge of Parallel Accounting • Revenue Recognition (RAR preferred) • Experience configuring FI and CO processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing if applicable • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation • Knowledge of Clean Core and in-app extensibility using Key User tools • Experience with 2SL/3SL landscapes (Starter, Development, Test, Production) • Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PS/Professional Services, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, and SAP SuccessFactors • Experience supporting APIs, IDocs, and event-based integrations • Experience with Migration Cockpit and finance data migration • Experience with unit testing, SIT, and UAT • Any Graduation/Post Graduation • Quick joiners preferred
