📋 Description

• Generate reports and present them through dashboards as an individual contributor • Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A • Process CRM reports and present the results • Identify performance gaps and create dashboards to support decision-making and process changes in Operations • Perform MIS reporting using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA macros • Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA, KPI, and operational-process reports according to client requirements • Deliver high-quality end products with quick turnaround times • Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiency in generating and maintaining daily MIS data and updating management

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience • Strong educational background • Proficiency in reporting tools • Preference for MS Excel and MS PowerPoint • MS Power BI is good to have • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work cooperatively and constructively in a multicultural team environment • Self-driven and result-oriented • Problem-solving skills • High customer orientation
