📋 Description

• Work as part of a cross-functional project team responsible for delivering Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management in clinical trials • Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, handle issues, provide status updates, and answer questions • Design IRT solutions based on clinical protocols, Suvoda proposals, and client discussions • Document requirements and participate in internal and external specification review meetings • Assist with client reviews of IRT specifications and supporting documents • Manage project schedules, scope, milestones, team schedules, and task assignments • Assist with UAT planning, test script development, data setup, and client UAT support • Provide protocol-specific support after go-live • Ensure client satisfaction during project build and maintenance • Provide system training through in-person and web meetings and user manuals • Provide telephone and email support to global system users • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training • Perform other related duties as required
