📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact between Financial Operations, Operations, Clients, and Accounting on day-to-day billing matters • Prepare and review monthly invoices against client agreements and internal policies • Monitor the monthly billing calendar and client SLAs, identify risks, and support deadline completion • Review and analyze monthly reports from NetSuite and other billing systems • Investigate discrepancies and summarize findings for managers • Assist and lead junior billing operations specialists with monthly billing reconciliations and variance analysis • Support collections, payment portals, and receivable activities • Monitor billing governance, invoice documentation, third-party portal uploads, and control standards • Draft and follow processes for receiving, logging, and reconciling client Purchase Orders • Coordinate ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure accurate, consistent outputs • Identify opportunities to improve billing and receivables processes, controls, and documentation • Ensure adherence to company procedures, work instructions, and SOX/compliance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related business degree preferred, or equivalent work experience and/or training • Experience collecting receivables in the medical/pharma sector desired • Excellent computer skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound business judgment • Strong verbal and writing abilities • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude • 1+ years of experience in a corporate finance environment focusing on revenue accounting for a SaaS company with multiple element arrangements
