• Beantwoorden van vragen over bankzaken, investeringen en accounts • Ondersteunen via telefoon, e-mail en chat • Oplossen van problemen (betalingen, kaarten, app issues) • Complexe cases escaleren naar interne teams • Werken volgens compliance & kwaliteitsrichtlijnen

🎯 Requirements

• Goede communicatieskills (NL + ENG is een plus) • Klantgerichte mindset & probleemoplossend vermogen • Interesse in fintech / banking is een pré • Flexibel inzetbaar (24/7 shifts) • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
