📋 Description

• Deliver culturally safe, evidence-based mental health support • Provide care through phone, video and digital platforms • Support consumers experiencing stress, anxiety and distress • Complete risk assessments, treatment planning and clinical documentation • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary national team • Contribute to the ongoing development of a culturally responsive service.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience supporting people with mental health concerns • Experience delivering CBT or other structured therapeutic interventions • Strong understanding of culturally safe practice • Excellent communication and digital engagement skills • A collaborative, person-centred approach aligned with St Vincent's values. • Qualifications: ACA Level 2+ or PACFA Counsellors, Registered or Provisional Psychologists, AASW Social Workers, Registered Occupational Therapists, Registered Mental Health Nurses.
