📋 Description
• Act as the first point of contact for internal IT helpdesk requests • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues for remote team members • Assist with provisioning and de-provisioning SaaS accounts for new and departing employees • Track and manage global hardware inventory and software licenses • Keep device management systems (MDM) up to date • Support the IT & Security team in maintaining cybersecurity standards • Help ensure employee devices are secure, compliant, and correctly configured according to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks • Create and update internal IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and how-to guides • Identify repetitive IT tasks and help automate workflows to improve efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Basic understanding of computer hardware • Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems • Basic understanding of common SaaS tools • Familiarity with device/endpoint management concepts (MDM) is a plus • Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 • Strong problem-solving skills • Curious, self-starting attitude • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working with a fully remote, international team • Fluent in English
