📋 Description
• Transform data into actionable insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making • Drive visibility of key business metrics across Retail and Wholesale channels • Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes with high-quality analysis • Contribute to the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by connecting financial and operational insights • Deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and performance storytelling for key stakeholders • Identify opportunities, risks, and trends, turning data into clear business recommendations • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance transparency and drive performance excellence • Continuously improve reporting standards, KPIs, and data quality practices • Champion digital innovation through automation and AI-enabled analytics solutions • Help create a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Controlling, Finance, or a similar analytical role within an international environment • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Professional proficiency in English • Experience working with SAP, Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau, Google Cloud, or similar reporting and planning tools • Confidence in interpreting complex data and translating findings into clear business recommendations • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and stakeholders • A passion for digital innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions • A proactive approach to driving improvements, challenging the status quo, and creating business value • Previous experience in Retail, Fashion, Luxury, or Consumer Goods industries is an advantage
