• Provides leadership to the project management. • Lead entire life cycle of system implementation projects. • Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience to clients. • Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary team. • Capable of managing day-to-day operational aspects of an entire project lifecycle. • Liaise with relevant stakeholders. • Manage the progress of the project and ensure quality. • Ensure SWAT Transportation services run smoothly. • Manage key stakeholder relationships. • Continuously streamlines project management practices. • Propose and implement new process improvements. • Provide first line service support. • Create and setup service sessions on SWAT’s operation interface. • Key focus on project related operations, training and testing.
