• Acting as the day-to-day client contact and maintaining strong client relationships • Turning show strategy into episode plans, outlines, and creative direction • Contributing ideas for Shorts, social formats, and episode packaging (hooks, segments, angles) • Managing production timelines and deliverables across editors, designers, and production teams • Coordinating the production process to ensure projects ship on time and at high quality • Supporting remote recordings and preparing materials for upcoming shoots • Partnering with an Executive Producer to turn strategy into executed content
• 2–4 years experience in video production, content marketing, or agency client services • Strong communication skills with both clients and creative teams • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects at once • Strong creative instincts for what makes video content engaging • Ability to translate strategy into clear production plans and deliverables
