• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process • Collaborate with Hiring Managers from Poland and the United States • Guide a team and tackle projects to improve processes • Engage in hands-on recruitment when needed • Innovate and propose new ideas
• 3+ years of experience in leading a team • 6+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry • Startup vibe approach rather than corporate • Easy communication with different stakeholders • Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS • Proven track record of hands-on headhunting and direct sourcing for senior-level roles • Actively engages in operational recruitment activities • Data-driven mindset in recruitment • Able to organize and prioritize work • Smoothly uses Polish (C2) and English (at least B2/C1)
