📋 Description

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations to support operational and strategic decision-making • Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Support strategy and transformation projects through research, business analysis, development of business cases, and preparation of executive-ready presentations • Assist in project management, e.g., planning, workshop preparation, stakeholder coordination, tracking of actions, and documentation • Support reporting, automation, and transformation initiatives within the Presales organization • Collaborate with management, operational teams, and subject-matter experts across Switzerland

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's student (or recent graduate) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field • Graduates should have completed their degree within the last 12 months • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Ability to structure complex topics and derive meaningful insights from data • Interest in reporting, business analytics, process optimization, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools is an advantage • Strong communication skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholders and collaborating across teams and hierarchical levels • Structured, curious, and eager-to-learn personality • Excellent written and spoken German and English • French language skills are an advantage
