📋 Description

• Develop and enhance automation solutions for a large-scale Infrastructure-as-a-Service platform • Work in a DevOps environment where development and operations are part of daily business • Build Infrastructure as Code and configuration management solutions using Ansible and Python • Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, and continuous optimization • Contribute to the evolution of VMware-based infrastructure services • Analyze operational workflows and automate repetitive tasks • Collaborate with operations and engineering colleagues to enhance platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience with Ansible, including maintaining and developing roles and collections • Strong Python skills and experience developing automation solutions aligned with CI/CD practices, Git, and infrastructure automation • Knowledge of VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director • Experience managing RHEL/Windows operating systems and DNS services • Experience with monitoring technologies such as vRealize Suite, Prometheus, Grafana, and Logstash • Experience analyzing operational workflows and automating repetitive tasks • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Curious, flexible, and eager to learn new technologies and approaches • Fluency in English is required • Proficiency in German is considered an advantage
