📋 Description

• Drive complex, cross-value-stream IAM topics in the B2B environment • Shape secure and seamless user experiences together with Business, Architecture and UX • Ensure Identity & Access Management solutions meet high standards of security and usability • Plan and implement Epic initiatives lasting 3 to 18 months • Onboard new telecommunications and IT products in the IAM area • Collaborate in an agile, interdisciplinary team with stakeholders, architects, UX designers and DevOps • Apply Lean-Agile principles (SAFe) • Represent and prioritize topics within overarching roadmaps • Structure large initiatives into incremental, value-oriented deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• IT degree with business knowledge • Several years of experience in designing, implementing and operationalizing business processes and IT solutions • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete complex initiatives • Experience as an Epic Owner, with ability to represent and prioritize topics within overarching roadmaps • Broad general IT knowledge • IAM standards and practices are a major advantage • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, customers and DevOps teams • Fluent/negotiation-level German and English • Strong conceptual and methodological skills • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and visually • Strong leadership skills • Experience with Lean-Agile principles (SAFe)
