âą Prepare operating rooms according to specialty requirements: setup and equipment installation âą Greet and receive patients âą Position patients for surgery in collaboration with the surgical and anesthesia teams âą Support the progression of surgical procedures, collaborating with TSO (operating room technicians), the surgical team, and the anesthesia team âą Ensure traceability and documentation of the procedure and the instruments used âą Maintain premises and equipment; knowledge of and adherence to hygiene and aseptic protocols
đŻ Requirements
âą Previous experience in an operating room is required âą Versatility across specialties: orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, and plastic surgery âą Ability to prioritize urgent tasks and manage stress effectively âą Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams âą Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility âą ATSSO diploma (operating room technician certification) is an asset
