📋 Description
• Review private clients’ account opening requests from an AML/CTF standpoint • Review tax compliance aspects, including FATCA and CRS • Contribute to drafting internal memos and procedures • Participate in reviews of key clients • Participate in key regulatory projects • Optimize internal processes and guidelines • Support and advise the Front line and management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Laws or in Economics • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Compliance field • Knowledge of Swiss AML laws, including AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, and CDB • Knowledge of applicable regulations • Excellent command of English and French • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure • Analytical and methodological approach • Very good communication skills • Strong team player comfortable in multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environments
