📋 Description

• Responsible for response and preventative planned maintenance works across a varied and wide range of metering, hydraulic and electrical controls systems installed primarily within residential properties. • Provide out of hours on call support to these activities within a structured on call rota basis. • Deliver tasks and operations in line with timeline targets and requirements. • Self-Manage daily activities via use of a structured hand held system. • Operate within agreed operational and supervisory guidelines. • Maintain effective internal and external client or user relationships within own area of responsibilities. • Delivers Health and Safety policy and standards.

🎯 Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent qualification). • Proven experience as a time-served plumber. • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques. • Current technical background, preferably building services engineering related • Good communicator, able to work and adapt in a fast-moving industry
