📋 Description

• Own the conversion funnel from interested patients to paying customers • Hire, lead and coach the Patient Success team; design targets, incentive schemes and quality assurance • Own Customer Support for patients, doctors' practices and Krankenkassen, including channels, SLAs, CSAT and tooling • Redesign the prescription retrieval process to reduce time-to-activation • Lead AI Ops initiatives and automation • Own operations tooling, including CRM, telephony and workforce planning • Partner with Growth Marketing on lead quality and provide patient insights to Product • Report to the Managing Director Germany

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, strategy or consulting, including hands-on responsibility for D2C / customer operations • Measurable track record of improving funnel conversion rates • Experience leading and scaling customer- or patient-facing teams, including targets and incentive schemes • Experience building processes and teams from scratch in a fast-growing environment • Data-driven; comfortable with dashboards • Fluent German and English • At least Level 1 AI proficiency, using AI daily to boost personal productivity • SQL/Looker experience is a plus • Strategy consulting experience and experience with AI/automation in customer operations are nice to have
