• Lead the onboarding process for tax and accounting clients, ensuring a structured implementation delivered within established deadlines • Conduct kick-off meetings to align processes, timelines, and responsibilities with clients • Map clients' tax and accounting processes to ensure correct system configuration and operational integration • Oversee the collection, review, and validation of documents and information required to begin operations • Ensure accurate customer registration and tax configuration in the systems used by the operation • Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation period, ensuring clear communication and continuous alignment with clients and internal teams • Monitor onboarding, quality, and SLA compliance metrics during the onboarding of new clients • Identify risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve implementation processes and propose corrective actions • Support client training and guidance on operational workflows, document submission, and tax and accounting routines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Intermediate Excel • Microsoft Office suite • Proven experience in the area • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team • Comfortable using technology from a user perspective
