• This is a remote position. • Company Overview: SYMB Technologies is a decade-old tech company with a global client base, including startups like Swiggy and Khatabook, and enterprises like Aster DM Healthcare. • With 75+ remote-first professionals, we specialize in end-to-end web and mobile development, cloud integration (AWS, GCP, Azure), and quality assurance. • Role Overview: As an HR Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. • Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments, Define role requirements and strategies with hiring managers, Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media, Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications, Maintain and utilize ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho, Lever), Build talent pipelines and track recruitment metrics, Support employer branding and attend hiring events if needed.
🎯 Requirements
• 5 Years of Strong experience in IT Recruitment • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment • Proficiency in ATS tools • Sourcing expertise using various platforms • Excellent communication and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
