📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine and verify user stories • Design and execute detailed test plans for new and existing features • Become the expert on Symphonic’s content and catalog management systems, including ingestion, publishing, licensing, rights, and metadata workflows for sound recordings, music videos, and compositions • Reproduce reported issues and file clear, actionable bug reports • Communicate with developers, stakeholders, and other squads • Participate in daily standups and ongoing team planning sessions • Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, tools, and documentation • Help track and report on defect trends and quality metrics • Test and validate features to deliver high-quality, reliable products and improve user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA for web-based, client-facing applications • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken • Intermediate SQL knowledge for querying and validating data • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in interpreting complex or ambiguous requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A user-first mindset with empathy for artists and internal stakeholders • Ability to evaluate usability and spot inconsistencies in user experiences • Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating remotely • More than 5 years of experience as a QA (preferred) • Experience building or customizing AI skills/workflows for QA work (preferred) • YouTube CMS certified (preferred) • Experience using browser developer tools and debugging front-end issues (preferred) • Automated testing experience with any framework (preferred) • Love for music (preferred)
