📋 Description

• Architect and implement robust data platforms and solutions leveraging Databricks and Azure • Design, build, and optimize scalable data architectures on Azure • Develop and maintain data pipelines, models, and warehousing structures using industry best practices • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs • Lead ETL/ELT framework implementation, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance • Guide integration of new data sources and deployment of new capabilities • Define and enforce data governance, data modeling, and management standards • Troubleshoot data and platform issues to ensure reliable, high-performing solutions • Provide technical mentorship to junior team members on best practices and emerging tools

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Architect • Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL/SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory) • Expertise designing and implementing data pipelines, data models, and analytics architectures in cloud environments • Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT processes, Python, and/or Scala for data engineering • Familiarity with data governance, security, access control, and compliance in Azure • Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and distributed systems • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and non-technical teams • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Fluent English (ideally C1) • Future-oriented architecture thinking around AI and natural-language querying of enterprise data
