📋 Description
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans • Translate institutional and user needs into actionable product features • Conduct discovery sessions with post-secondary clients • Collaborate with UX/UI designers for usability improvements • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog • Interface with customer service and QA teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience in product management • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles • Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Agile methodologies • Understanding of the higher education landscape
