• Monitor questions IT users ask in communities, forums, or business networks • Answer these questions directly or prepare helpful content, e.g., blog posts or short how‑to guides • Write technical content for blogs and help pages • Work closely with our product and development teams to discover new topics and present them clearly • Demonstrate in practical terms how our cloud solution sync-blue® helps in everyday use—e.g., synchronizing contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs, and more
🎯 Requirements
• Technical understanding and hands-on experience in an IT environment—e.g., through vocational training, university studies, professional work, or personal projects • Enjoy writing about technical topics and the ability to explain complex content clearly and appropriately for the target audience • Interest in modern cloud technologies—you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be eager to dive in • Confident and stylistically strong written German; good English skills are an advantage • Independent, structured working style and enthusiasm for active engagement with the community • Career changers with a passion for technology and communication are warmly welcome!
