📋 Description

• Plan and execute successful international marketing activities and campaigns across multiple channels in line with the overall international marketing strategy to drive demand for UK/I, FR/BEL, DACH, NOR/NL & Australia. • Localize and adapt global campaigns for international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency with brand guidelines and messaging. • Partner strongly with regional sales and commercial teams to support demand generation, partner marketing initiatives, and promotional activities and contribute to pipeline growth. • Help organize and deliver international events, trade fairs, and webinars. • Oversee the production of marketing materials (digital, print, and event-related). • Ensure marketing content across digital platforms, including website and social media channels, is published and updated based on planned campaigns and activities. • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for optimization. • Coordinate day-to-day communication with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers. • Support the Director on broader international marketing initiatives when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, ideally within an international or multi-market environment at a B2B software/SaaS company selling multiple products. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. • Excellent communication skills in English and German (French is a plus). • Proficiency with digital marketing and project management tools (e.g., SFDC, Asana, social media management). • Strong skills with proven success in campaign execution, event organization, and content management. • Experience in the commerce space is a plus. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail. • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Collaborative team player with proven ability to work across departments, cultures, and time zones. • Familiarity with marketing in data-rich or content-heavy product environments is an advantage. • Flexibility to work remotely or occasionally at the Cologne or London office.
