📋 Description

• Manage projects as Project Manager, overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs and ensuring compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements • Act as primary liaison between the Company and Customer for project launch, conduct, and closeout • Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management • Manage financial performance and project deliverables • Coordinate project conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues • Maintain project information in databases and systems • Track and evaluate project progress using timelines and analysis tools • Manage project management components of inspection readiness, including Trial Master Files • Oversee project plans in accordance with Controlled Documents • Prepare, coordinate, and present project materials at internal and external meetings • Direct Project Support staff; line manage and mentor project management team members and clinical staff • Prepare project management reports for clients and management • Implement resource strategies, contingency plans, and risk mitigation strategies • Participate in bid defense meetings as a potential project manager/director • Develop client relationships to generate new or add-on business • Maintain awareness of therapeutic environments and drug development trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process and clinical monitoring procedures • Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred • Strong ability to manage time and work independently • Ability to embrace new technologies • Excellent written and spoken communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Flexibility and ability to mentor and manage new staff and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines while delivering high quality work in a dynamic environment • Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 25%)
