📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for healthcare providers, sites, and patients • Coordinate and monitor non-interventional studies, including pregnancy registries and retrospective chart reviews • Collect, review, and manage study data through electronic case report forms (eCRFs) • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to protocols and regulations • Conduct remote interviews, data entry, and data review • Maintain essential documentation and audit readiness throughout the study • Track data trends, perform data cuts, and contribute to analysis and reporting • Support non-interventional clinical research studies and patient registries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare field, or nursing degree (RN, CNA, LPN) or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills • Confidence and professionalism when engaging with patients and healthcare providers over the phone • Detail-oriented mindset; comfortable working with data, reviewing reports, and resolving queries accurately and on time • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer systems • Prior experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or call center environment is a plus • Experience in data management or clinical research is a plus
