📋 Description

• Independently undertake high-complexity RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas • Assess required data and analysis and propose approaches for RFPs and paid or partnership feasibility assessments • Liaise with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, Business Analysts, and other team members to resolve RFP challenges • Identify solutions to non-standard requests and escalate issues when needed • Represent Global Feasibility with internal and external stakeholders • Deliver multiple feasibility assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas • Develop, analyze, and deliver pre-award site-level feasibility assessments in presentations and written reports • Maintain comprehensive work records and store relevant data in internal libraries • Research scientific literature using internet resources, internal metrics, and tools • Prepare for and attend bid defense teleconferences and meetings • Coordinate other team members on larger joint projects, multi-study assignments, or alliance/FSP partnerships • Mentor junior team members through text and slide deck editing and data collection and processing insights • Support department management with group initiatives and business objectives • Develop relevant metrics for data asset use, protocol feasibility assessments, and departmental activities • Serve as a departmental SME or represent Feasibility in feasibility-related processes and systems • Develop, audit, and maintain systems for historical feasibility data

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to independently undertake the highest complexity level RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas • Ability to assess data and analysis requirements and propose approaches for RFPs and feasibility assessments • Ability to proactively identify solutions to non-standard requests • Knowledge and skills applicable to moderately complex activities • Ability to identify and escalate issues as needed • Ability to work efficiently within processes and manage multiple concurrent assignments of varying complexity • Editing-level verbal, written, and visual communication skills • Ability to independently research scientific literature using internet and internal metrics and tools • High degree of understanding and detail in scientific literature research • Ability to support bid defense teleconferences and meetings with minimal review and supervision • Ability to mentor junior team members up to Senior Feasibility Lead level • Ability to develop, audit, and maintain departmental systems for storage, retrieval, and analysis of historical feasibility data • Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education will also be considered
