📋 Description
• Establishes, maintains and updates training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators. • Oversees negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTA´s) and drives document finalization • Advises stakeholders on industry trends, norms, and developments surrounding contract negotiations • Plans contract execution strategy for assigned studies • Creates and maintains document status reports
🎯 Requirements
• Subject matter expertise in site contracting issues • Experience in negotiating clinical study agreements (CTAs) • Knowledge of financial attachments and investigator grant budgets • Ability to advise on industry trends and mitigation tactics for negotiation issues • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
