📋 Description

• Own the development of add-ins and integrations within our automation platform. • Be the first dedicated member of our new Marketplace team. • Work closely with the marketplace vision leader. • Collaborate with a wide range of technologies – CAD tools, simulation solvers, PLM systems, and AI. • Deliver customer-facing value regularly through integration projects. • Mentor peers; contribute to architecture and product decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• You resonate with Synera's Core Values. • Deep understanding of developing add-ins, plugins or integrations for complex software systems. • Experience managing several integration projects with external customers and managing stakeholders as a Software Engineer in a SCRUM team. • AI-native mindset and curiosity to learn and develop skills. • Hands-on experience with PLM systems or CRM platforms. • Proficiency in C# and C++, with solid algorithmic and logical thinking skills. • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy – communicating directly with partners, making technical decisions, and owning projects. • Strong communicator in English with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
