📋 Description

• Own data engineering extracts from our GTM and business systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) into our data warehouse. • Build and own data flows: ETL pipelines, data models, and sync jobs. • Build reporting and forecasting layers that leadership runs on. • Model and expose the data for AI agents to consume. • Administer Salesforce and HubSpot, manage changes from testing to production. • Own interfaces for Salesforce HubSpot sync, enrichment, and API integrations. • Support the customer journey by enabling Sales and Marketing in CRM day-to-day operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a B2B sales organization (certification a plus, real flows and technical logic a must) • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable marketing-automation platform. • Comfortable in the data layer: SQL is second nature; you have built ETL/data pipelines (Airflow or similar) and data models. • Knowledge in debugging a sync gone wrong across three tools. • Experience in building reporting and forecasting that people actually use. • Must communicate confidently in English; German is a plus. • Must demonstrate ownership mentality, documenting what you build and noticing what nobody asked about.
