📋 Description

• Build and maintain automated test pipelines • Extend the Playwright end-to-end test suite • Reduce manual regression testing time • Keep CI/CD pipelines running smoothly • Test internally and externally developed add-ins • Serve as point of contact for integrations with CAD, simulation, and other applications • Investigate and reproduce complex issues from users and support • Understand root causes and design test scenarios for new and existing functionality across platforms • Validate features, monitor pipelines, and ensure quality is integrated into AI-assisted development • Explore new tools, test LLM-powered features, and experiment with innovative quality approaches • Complete reviews and ensure quality in every add-in release • Take ownership of the marketplace add-in review pipeline • Prioritize add-in reviews based on Head of Marketplace feedback • Track and report bugs to partners • Set up AI-first pipelines for testing add-in updates • Trace bugs to the changes that caused them and help prevent recurrence

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with testing methodologies • Comfortable with standard QA and development tools • Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar test automation tools, including Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, or TestComplete • Ability to write clean code in at least one high-level or scripting language: C#, Python, or JavaScript • Experience with state-of-the-art AI tools • Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and acceptance criteria and translate them into test scenarios • Confident English communication • Alignment with Synera’s Core Values
