📋 Description

• Oversee negotiation strategies and ensure efficient file progress. • Support team members in achieving successful outcomes for clients. • Actively involve in the resolution of complex subrogation cases. • Provide coaching, training, and development to the team. • Establish best practices across the team. • Collaborate with leadership across departments to promote unity and resolve challenges. • Independently manage assigned caseloads.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline. • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree or Paralegal Certification is highly preferred due to the legal nature of the work. • At least 7 years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in lien resolution. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills to lead and direct internal team and manage client expectations. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • High attention to detail and follow-up with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. • Strategic thinker with an aptitude for identifying opportunities and advocating for change by creatively analyzing data to make informed decisions. • Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
