📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of data governance related to fleet indicators • Define business rules, metrics, and standards for the use of corporate data • Structure and document key operational, commercial, and fleet consumption KPIs • Develop and automate strategic indicators for monitoring fleet performance • Build executive, management, and operational dashboards to support business teams • Provide analytical dashboards for the Sales team, enabling monitoring of the customer portfolio, consumption behavior, and business opportunities • Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of the information presented in dashboards • Work closely with Data Engineering to evolve data sources, pipelines, and update processes • Automate data update and consolidation routines, reducing manual processes • Define monitoring processes to identify data failures, inconsistencies, and deviations • Translate business needs into indicators and analytical solutions • Support business teams in interpreting indicators and using dashboards • Promote a data-driven culture by democratizing and standardizing information

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in data analysis, BI, or Analytics • Advanced SQL skills • Advanced experience with Power BI • Experience building executive and management dashboards • Experience defining, modeling, and automating KPIs • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and management • Knowledge of data modeling for Analytics and BI • Experience gathering requirements from business teams • Ability to translate business needs into indicators and management visualizations • Strong analytical mindset and results-oriented approach • Excellent communication skills with technical and business teams • Python for data analysis and automation • Experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Governance projects • Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT processes • Experience with digital products • Experience in payment systems • Knowledge of B2B, mobility, logistics, or fleet management markets • Experience handling large volumes of data and working in complex analytical environments • Knowledge of commercial, operational, and financial metrics • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms • Knowledge of cloud data architecture
