📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the entire change management lifecycle (request, analysis, approval, implementation and review), ensuring adherence to defined processes and timelines; • Ensure compliance with internal policies, IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and applicable regulatory requirements; • Perform risk and impact analysis for changes, considering technical, operational and business aspects, and propose preventive and mitigating actions; • Serve as the primary communication point between technical teams, business areas and suppliers, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the process; • Maintain control, recording and updating of changes, and monitor and report process performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; • Conduct post-implementation reviews (PIR), identifying continuous improvement opportunities and promoting lessons learned, especially in cases of incidents related to changes; • Organize, lead and support the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring decisions are based on data, risk analysis and business impact; • Support continuous improvement initiatives for Change Management processes, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced risks and greater operational predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• ITIL® Foundation and advanced knowledge of Change Management processes. • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow). • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud, databases). • Risk analysis skills. • Metrics and reporting: ability to create dashboards and executive reports. • Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation or higher; CCMP is a plus.
