📋 Description

• Plan, design, and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing • Validate features developed in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business requirements • Perform integration testing between Salesforce and legacy systems • Identify, log, track, and validate defect fixes • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and execution evidence • Partner with development, product, and business teams to ensure delivery quality • Participate in requirements refinement, assisting with the identification of acceptance criteria and validation scenarios • Support the management and tracking of requests related to the testing lifecycle • Ensure traceability among requirements, tests, and identified defects • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a QA Analyst in software development projects • Experience testing in Salesforce environments • Knowledge of integrations between Salesforce and legacy systems • Experience designing and executing test cases and test scripts • Experience managing and tracking requests • Ability to analyze and identify failures in business workflows and integrations • Knowledge of test automation (a plus) • Experience with REST and SOAP APIs (a plus) • Experience with test and defect management tools (a plus) • Salesforce certifications or certifications related to Software Quality (a plus)
