📋 Description

• Contribute to the evolution of AI solutions applied to the Contact Center; • Develop and maintain pipelines for conversational data processing (voice and text); • Work with generative AI models and conversational intelligence; • Support technical design and the evolution of architecture in a Google Cloud environment; • Design integrations, automations and scalable AI services; • Support analysis and generation of insights from customer interactions; • Work closely with business teams to accelerate deliveries and enable rapid validations; • Participate in building POCs and in the continuous improvement of the current solution.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP); • Vertex AI; • BigQuery; • Cloud Functions; • APIs and integrations; • Distributed cloud environments; • Experience with Generative AI / LLMs; • Knowledge of AI solution architecture; • Experience with natural language processing (NLP); • Hands-on profile with technical autonomy; • Experience with high-volume data/interaction environments; • Experience with Gemini (Google); • Experience with conversational solutions; • Experience in Contact Center / Customer Service / CX; • Knowledge of audio transcription and sentiment analysis; • Experience with prompt engineering and model orchestration; • Experience in enterprise environments and complex integrations.
