📋 Description

• Analyze, model, and optimize CRM processes for the real estate market. • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and customer service teams. • Ensure solutions are aligned with commercial strategies and the lifecycle of real estate developments, from prospecting through after-sales service. • Map and improve pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes. • Understand the operational lifecycle of real estate developments, including leads, reservations, proposals, negotiations, contracts, documentation, and the customer journey. • Configure CRM functionalities, create automations, define business rules, and model data entities. • Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for development and IT teams. • Manage backlogs, user stories, and functional documentation in Scrum/Kanban environments. • Produce analyses and reports on sales funnels, conversion, broker performance, and campaigns. • Work with integrations involving real estate systems, ERPs, sales platforms, portals, and financial systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with sales operations for mid- to high-end real estate developments. • Understanding of industry-specific customer service and relationship management practices, including NPS, SAC, and ticket management. • Experience working with multidisciplinary squads and digital transformation projects in the real estate market. • Strong experience analyzing, modeling, and optimizing CRM processes for the real estate market. • Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar systems. • Knowledge of functional configuration, automation workflows, business rules, and data entity modeling. • Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and functional documentation using Scrum/Kanban Agile methodologies. • Experience preparing sales and marketing analyses and reports. • Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, sales platforms, portals, and financial systems used in the real estate sector.
