📋 Description

• Receive, organize, analyze, and validate information and documents • Review data and identify inconsistencies or incomplete information • Enter, update, and monitor information in systems and internal tracking tools • Track requests, deadlines, outstanding items, and their respective statuses • Liaise with internal departments, clients, partners, and operational teams • Address inconsistencies and follow up on their resolution • Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and operational tracking tools • Consolidate information from different sources • Support the monitoring of departmental performance indicators • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process optimization • Support testing and validation of system and process improvements • Ensure the organization and traceability of processed information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Information Management, Process Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields • Intermediate Excel skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Comfortable using corporate systems and tools • Experience with administrative, operational, back-office, or information analysis activities is a plus • Preferred knowledge: operational indicators, continuous improvement, and process mapping • Analytical mindset • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Logical reasoning • Proactivity • Clear communication • Ability to prioritize • Problem-solving skills • Teamwork • Flexibility and adaptability • Responsibility and commitment to information quality
